Satay Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 heaped tbsp. natural no added sugar peanut butter
1 tbsp. lime juice
small piece of ginger, chopped/ 1 tsp pureed ginger
small bunch coriander, chopped
1 tbsp. of low salt soy sauce
half red chilli, chopped (optional)
50ml water
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor
- Mix with cooked protein and vegetables and serve over rice or noodles
