Live Life with Grace is an online membership that supports you to become healthier inside and out, in a way that is Efficient, Effective, Achievable, and importantly, Sustainable.

We understand that life is busy and doing that one thing for yourself is hard. We make it as easy as possible for you to exercise at a time that suits you, with a workout style that suits you. We also design our workouts and content with normal women in mind; women who find it difficult to exercise, who struggle with their body image, who have had a baby, who are peri-post menopausal or who have aches and pains that can impact the day to day. Whoever you are and whatever you come with we will do our best to help you!

In Live Life with Grace we share content to inspire and support you to make positive choices for your health and wellbeing, and we connect you to other women with the same goals. Underpinning all of this content is an ethos of GRACE.

How much is a membership?

Live Life with Grace is an affordable way to feel fitter, stronger and healthier. We help you to easily fit exercise into your daily life, to choose good food and healthy lifestyle routines, and support you to maintain this for life. Joining as a monthly member is £12 a month.

No more gym memberships, diet plans or short burst programmes with results that don’t last. You are worth the investment, and your body will thank you!

How do I know this will work for me?

Pilates is such an efficient and effective way to care for your mind and body. With just a short workout you can feel stronger, taller, and more mobile. Combine these workouts with some simple positive lifestyle behaviours and routines, and being part of a motivating wider community of women, and it is much easier to stay consistent.

Progress rather than Perfection is what we promote here at Grace Health and Fitness. Small steps are better than no steps.

I’m new to Pilates, is this ok for me?

We pride ourselves on having workouts for all levels. Each workout offers modifications and teaching instructions to help each participant join in where they are at.

In our workout library we are always adding new videos and include videos with a specialist focus such as for a beginner, or a postnatal client.

Do I need any special equipment?

Our main workouts require no equipment except a mat (if you have one) and something to support your head (a small pillow or folded towel). We do offer some workouts though with equipment such as pilates balls, bands, swiss balls, and magic circles, if you want to give them a go!

Our Energise classes use resistance bands and 2-3kg dumbbells however there is often a household item you can substitute them for!

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your membership to Live Life with Grace anytime which will stop any future payments being taken.

Meet Sarah!

Hi, I’m Sarah! I live in East Kilbride in Scotland. I am passionate about helping women to live healthier, happier lives, inside and out.

Every woman has their own unique body, circumstances and goals. I created Grace Health and Fitness to help women understand and appreciate their body better, and give them the chance to work towards these goals but be supported in the process.

I absolutely love Pilates and love how it has solved the niggles and issues I have faced in the past with my own body. To be able to share this with other women is just fab!

When I’m not working I am probably with my husband and 3 children (10 year old boy, 9 year old girl, and 5 year old girl), out for a nature walk, or sitting in the corner with a coffee and a book.
