Lemon, Black Pepper and Garlic Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pureed
- vegetable oil
- vegetables/ protein of choice
Method
- Stir fry vegetables and protein in a small amount of oil
- Add the garlic and enough freshly ground black pepper to season
- At the end of cooking squeeze the lemon juice
