Creamy Coconut Oats

Ingredients (serves 1)
50g rolled oats
75ml skimmed milk, plus extra to loosen
50ml water
1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 tsp nut butter of your choice (peanut, almond, cashew)
Fruit of your choice to top your oats – recommend trying mango, raspberry or kiwi
Method
- Put the oats and milk into a small saucepan over a medium-low heat and gently simmer for a few minutes until thickened (stirring often)
- Stir in the desiccated coconut and nut butter
- Top with your chosen fruit and serve straight away
