Chocolate Biscuit Cake (Rocky Road)

Ingredients (Serves 6)                                                                                 

250g dark chocolate

300g sweetened condensed milk

300g digestive biscuit (whole pack)

75g mini marshmallows

95g butter/margarine

Method

• Break digestives into pieces in a bowl
• Add marshmallows to the bowl. Melt chocolate and butter/margarine together
• Add condensed milk and stir. Add the biscuits and marshmallows, mix all together until combined
• Pour into a tray and let it set. Serve
