As a Holistic Core Restore ® Coach I have access to leading programmes in the field of Women’s Health. I have programmes for Diastasis Recti, Prolapse, Urinary and Faecal Incontinence, Hysterectomy and Pelvic Organ Prolapse repair surgery, Peri- to Post Menopause, Pregnancy and the Postnatal woman. I work with women in groups and one to one. Each programme is tailored to the individuals taking part.
These programmes not only aim to improve the issues mentioned but they also aim to educate and empower women to take control of their health and bodies, to show ‘Grace’ to themselves.
