Would you like 2025 to finish differently from every other year? Do you want to finally achieve your goals of getting fitter, losing weight, reducing the stress, improving your relationships, or mastering the peri-menopause? Are you fed up going from one fad to the next?

Enter the Your Year Collective! A partnership between Sarah from Grace Health and Fitness, and Laura from LB Therapy.

It’s Your Year to step out of the noise, find clarity, and take real action toward your wellness goals.

A Supportive Community

What are the details?
This is a hybrid membership! The majority of the membership will be accessed online – through an app and zoom calls, but we want to include a monthly in-person session also. We appreciate that online provides the convenience, and in-person helps to strengthen our connections.
In-person: The location of the in-person will be decided once we know where members are based, and we want to make sure its as easy to access as it can be In person meet ups for fun things! A movie, a walk, a cook-a-long, a cold water swim, or to hear our guest speakers if they lend themselves to in-person rather than online sessions.
Online: The app we use is very user friendly and looks and feels similar to Facebook – in it you will find all the workouts, a place for the community to get to know each other and support each other, shared files, event reminders, and recordings from the live sessions.
Challenges: Each month we have a new challenge to keep our focus and give a fresh burst of enthusiasm to keep us moving forward! (Just me?). This will be things like step challenges, no alcohol months, pelvic floor challenge – that kind of thing!
Live Calls (Online): There is one online call a week offering support as we go through the topics together, and giving you the chance to experience life coaching, diving into topics like people pleasing, confidence, self-worth, sabotaging behaviours – whatever feels relevant!
Guest Speakers: Look out for guest speakers in areas like hormone health, pelvic floors, gut health, styling, financial advice etc – we will add to this if it feels needed. They will deliver the session in their month, and we will be asking them to share other prompts and ideas in the group chat over that month too.
Community: As the organisers of this, we show up! Sharing our own experiences, wins, failures and all the years of knowledge we have together. We will be relying on you too! I know from personal experience that YOU as part of the membership build that community, the feeling of safety and support and that provides accountability that helps ALL of us to move forward.

✅April – Embracing Change: Psychology of Growth and Self-Care – Understand the psychology behind change and prioritise self-care.
✅May – Gut Health & Connections: The Role of Nutrition and Relationships – Examine gut health, supplements, and the foundation of healthy relationships.
✅June – Move More, Connect Deeper: Fitness and Communication in Focus – Further movement insights and strengthening communication skills.
✅July – Rooted in Nature: Recharging and Reflecting – Discover the benefits of the outdoors and consolidate your growth journey so far.
✅August – Hormonal Health and Pelvic Strength: Empowering Your Body – A deeper exploration of hormones and pelvic floor health.
✅September – Organise & Thrive: Financial Health and Your Space
– Focus on financial health and optimising your environment for wellness.
✅October – Career Confidence: Navigating Life Stages and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome – Develop career resilience and address self-doubt at any life stage.
✅November – Nurturing Self-Compassion: The Power of Kindness to Yourself – Cultivate self-compassion and a gentle approach to personal growth.
✅December – Reflect, Celebrate, and Step Forward – Wrap up the year with reflections, celebrations, and goal-setting for the future! **Hopefully we can have a party together!**
This list isn’t exclusive! We will be weaving in micro sessions on any theme’s that are coming up for the group – whether that’s specific to physical or mental health. I also am desperate to squeeze in a stylist session in there!
