Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that places emphasis on the Core. Principles such as the breath, posture, balance, control, flow, precision, concentration, and alignment are all important in our classes. Through exercise we aim to improve your core strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture. Pilates is a mindful form of exercise so it can be very stress relieving too.

We have many many real life stories from clients about how Pilates has helped them. We would love you to experience the same results.

Many clients come with issues such as back pain and poor posture and have found great benefit from Pilates. As instructors we offer modifications and look to help each client work at their own level. We want you to challenge your body each week but always emphasise ‘less is more’.

We run Pilates classes in East Kilbride at our bespoke Studio called Grace! We welcome beginners as well as people who regularly practice Pilates. Our style of teaching is very much for the individual. We aim to help you modify exercises to suit your ability and challenge you to achieve your goals as you join us each week. We even have specialist classes on our timetable for men, pregnancy and postnatal mums, over 60s, and women going through the menopause.

Our Pilates classes require a monthly commitment so that we can ensure class sizes stay manageable. We have several membership options however to suit your availability and budget. Take a look at our Memberships page to find something that suits.
