About

Welcome to Grace Health and Fitness!

I am Sarah

Welcome to Grace Health and Fitness! I am Sarah, and back in 2011, after the birth of my first child, I left my job as an Occupational Therapist and started using Pilates and Massage therapy to help men and women in East Kilbride. I use Pilates, education and lifestyle advice to offer the people I serve the best possible intervention for the issues they face. The Studio and my Online Membership allow me to bring all of my knowledge, experience and programmes under one roof.

My aim is to help people to feel the best they possibly can, to feel strong, to feel connected to their body, to be well informed about their health and wellbeing, and to be empowered to take control of their own body and health, and make positive choices day to day. The name ‘Grace’ means a lot to me, on a personal and professional level. I want women to choose Grace over Guilt. The name can mean ‘favour’ or ‘kindness’ and I want women to be kind to their selves and their bodies. It can also portray elegance and strength and I want women to stand tall, to be able to move with confidence and ease.

I am eternally grateful for the men and women I have worked with over the years. I look forward to many more years doing what I love!
