Sarah is a fantastic teacher who will happily adapt each of the movements to accommodate different levels of ability and mobility. I would thoroughly recommend joining Grace Health and Fitness.
I was a bit apprehensive re-starting pilates after an injury however Sarah has supported me amazingly well. She has helped my confidence and the class itself is a good balance in pushing me to get stronger while ensuring I am mindful in doing what is best for my body.
